The origin of the name of 358 guardrail:

"3" corresponds to a 3-inch long hole, which is 76.2mm;

"5" corresponds to a 0.5 inch short hole, that is, 12.7mm;

"8" corresponds to the diameter of the 8th wire, which is 4.0mm.

So in summary, 358 guardrail is a protective mesh with a wire diameter of 4.0mm and a mesh of 76.2*12.7mm. Because the mesh is extremely small, the mesh of the entire mesh looks densely packed, so it is called a dense mesh.

 

 

Because the mesh of this type of fence is relatively small, it is difficult to climb with ordinary climbing tools or fingers. It is difficult to cut it even with tools such as shears. There is absolutely no problem in terms of safety protection!
